Realtime queries over government contract awards, seven faces: Brazil's PNCP federal contracts, Colombia's SECOP II electronic contracts, the World Bank procurement-notice feed, the UN Global Marketplace award search (UN-agency buyer universe), plus three New York State open-data faces (authority contracts + MTA procurement + OGS payments) — buyer × supplier pairs with value columns; joined onto the RFB (Brazil) and RUES (Colombia) registers they make a supplier due-diligence panel, and World Bank award notices carry supplier ids that cross-check against the debarment lists. All commands run locally on your machine with no credentials: no platform-side quota, each upstream's own limits apply, and repeats within a cache lifetime are served from your local cache without hitting it.
One section per face: what it answers, the full parameter table and the boundaries. Commands are the flat two-segment names (<domain> <provider>_<dataset>); this domain's corpus faces search / read are documented in the CLI reference.
br_pncp_contracts**Answers:**Federal-level contract awards in Brazil — buyer CNPJ × supplier CNPJ with the four value columns, joins straight onto the RFB register.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--data-inicial |
yes | Window start, YYYYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD (required — both window ends must be given) |
--data-final |
yes | Window end (required; a single month holds ~175k contracts — start narrow) |
--pagina |
no | Page number (default 1; each page is a fixed 500 rows = the upstream default) |
--cnpj-orgao |
no | Buyer CNPJ filter, 14 digits (optional) |
**Boundary:**Both date endpoints are required (YYYYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD); a single month runs ~175k contracts — start narrow, then widen; pages are fixed at 500 rows (upstream default); individual (PF) supplier rows carry masked identifiers and names per the PII rule.
co_secop_contracts**Answers:**The SECOP II electronic-contract store for Colombia — buyer NIT × supplier NIT/CC with the value family, joins straight onto the RUES register.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--where |
no | SoQL filter expression, passed through verbatim, e.g. upper(nombre_entidad) like '%MINISTERIO%' (you write the % / _ wildcards) |
--limit |
no | Rows, 1–500 (default 20) |
--offset |
no | Offset pagination (default 0; no total is returned — track pages yourself) |
--order |
no | Sort column with optional ASC / DESC, e.g. valor_del_contrato DESC (NULLS syntax gets an upstream 400) |
Boundary:--where is the verbatim SoQL $where channel (the % / _ wildcards are yours to write); no total is returned — track pages with offset yourself; NULLS syntax in the sort column gets a 400 upstream; personal-document (Cédula etc.) supplier rows are masked per the PII rule.
ny_abo_contracts**Answers:**The public store of New York State authority (ABO) approved contracts — authority buyer × vendor (name + full address) with the value family and MWBE flags, on data.ny.gov Socrata.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--where |
no | SoQL filter expression, passed through verbatim, e.g. upper(vendor_name) like '%DELTA%' |
--limit |
no | Rows, 1–500 (default 20) |
--offset |
no | Offset pagination (default 0; no total is returned) |
--order |
no | Sort column with optional ASC / DESC, e.g. award_date DESC (NULLS syntax gets an upstream 400) |
Boundary:--where is the verbatim SoQL channel, 1–500 rows per page, offset paging, no total; vendor identity is a name+address walk (no UEI/DUNS); numeric columns like transaction_number may echo in scientific notation — returned as-is, not compensated.
ny_mta_procurements**Answers:**The MTA procurement face for New York — vendor (name + full address) × value × procurement process with MWBE flags, same source and contract as the ABO face.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--where |
no | SoQL filter expression, passed through verbatim, e.g. upper(vendor_name) like '%SKANSKA%' |
--limit |
no | Rows, 1–500 (default 20) |
--offset |
no | Offset pagination (default 0; no total is returned) |
--order |
no | Sort column with optional ASC / DESC, e.g. transaction_number DESC (NULLS syntax gets an upstream 400) |
**Boundary:**Same Socrata contract as ny_abo_contracts: verbatim SoQL channel, 1–500 rows, offset paging, no total, name-walk identity; an empty result is a real answer (over-narrow filter).
ny_ogs_payments**Answers:**The New York State OGS design & construction payments face — contract number × vendor × payment amount with fiscal year/quarter/county; the buyer is always OGS, completing the New York State buyer trio alongside ABO and MTA.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--where |
no | SoQL filter expression, passed through verbatim, e.g. upper(vendor) like '%HIGHLAND%' |
--limit |
no | Rows, 1–500 (default 20) |
--offset |
no | Offset pagination (default 0; no total is returned) |
--order |
no | Sort column with optional ASC / DESC, e.g. paymentamount DESC (NULLS syntax gets an upstream 400) |
**Boundary:**Same Socrata contract as the other New York faces: verbatim SoQL channel, 1–500 rows, offset paging, no total; this face has no address columns — vendor identity is a name walk (contract number + vendor + quarter pin a payment row); fiscalyear is a "2014-2015"-style string, not a single year.
ungm_contract_awards**Answers:**The UN Global Marketplace award search — the UN-agency buyer universe (UNDP/UNFPA/ILO/UNOPS…) × global vendors, ~50k awards in total, each row = award id + title/vendor/award date/agency/reference/supplier country.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--supplier |
no | Vendor-name filter, e.g. DELTA (upstream param Supplier) |
--title |
no | Title text filter (upstream param Title) |
--reference |
no | Reference filter, e.g. rfx_11130_ROAP |
--award-from |
no | Award-date window start (site picker format dd-MMM-yyyy; upstream AwardFrom) |
--award-to |
no | Award-date window end (upstream AwardTo) |
--countries |
no | Project-country filter list, space-separated (upstream Countries[]) |
--agencies |
no | UN-agency filter list, e.g. --agencies UNDP ILO (upstream Agencies[]) |
--unspscs |
no | UNSPSC code filter list (upstream UNSPSCs[]) |
--page-index |
no | Page number, 1-based (default 1) |
--page-size |
no | Page size, 1–100 (default 15, the site's own default) |
--sort-field |
no | Sort field (default AwardDate; never empty — a null makes the upstream 500) |
--sort-ascending |
no | Ascending flag (default off = newest first) |
**Boundary:**The site sits behind a browser-fingerprint and anti-forgery session gate (the SDK handles it internally: sessions are reused for 15 minutes and re-fetched on expiry); the request body must be the full-field shape with a never-empty sort field (a null makes the upstream 500 — SDK default AwardDate); 1–100 rows per page, 1-based paging, total echoed per page; the supplier filter is a name match (e.g. --supplier DELTA).
wb_procnotices**Answers:**The World Bank procurement-notice feed — award notices (notice_type=Contract Award) with the winning firms extracted (name × World Bank supplier id), ~313k rows in total.
Parameters:
| Flag | Required | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--notice-type |
no | Notice type (default Contract Award; other upstream enum values such as General Procurement Notice) |
--rows |
no | Rows, 1–100 (default 10) |
--os |
no | Offset pagination (default 0; the full feed is ~313k rows — upstream's own os param name) |
**Boundary:**1–100 rows per page, paging via --os (the upstream's own offset name); total arrives as a string upstream and is normalized locally; some notices carry no award segment — an empty awarded_firms is a real answer; notice_text never returns (contact addresses/phones inside stay out of the face); supplier ids cross-check against the World Bank debarment lists.
The command surface of this domain is the flat, two-part names (<domain> <provider>_<dataset>) — the table below lists every direct-lookup face. This table is generated from the CLI's own --help, so it tracks the code exactly; full parameter tables are in the CLI reference.
